Who We Are
Annapoorani organization is a not for profit charity organisation that mainly operates in Srilanka.
Since 2012, we have supported and executed a number of projects across Srilanka, We started our mission in Srilanka by organising “Annadhanam” (food provision programme) during the holy period at the historical Thiruketheeswaram temple in the Mannar District.
We look forward to serving children, vulnerable communities and elders in Srilanka using the funds collected through our organisation.
Our Approach

To provide Annadhaanam (food provision programme) to those who cannot afford food.
02.
To conduct cultural and art affairs and other social activities.
03.
To award grant and provide bursaries, scholarships, prizes, donations, financial aids and assistance for the advancement of cultural activities.
04.
To advance education and knowledge for cultural, social and economic progress in Sri Lankan society.
05.
To carry out, promote research and evaluation, education and training and dissemination activities for cultural purpose.
06.
To assist with the vocational training and rehabilitation programs of those in need.
07.
To organise blood donation programs.
08.
To organize and promote seminars, workshops, conferences and exhibitions.
09.
To build and provide homes for needy and elderly, and hostel for school children

To publish and distribute regular news bulletins, books, and articles related to art, culture.
11.
To liaise with external agencies and act as a medium to obtain and receive resources, facilities and to raise funds for the development of the art and cultural activities of the society.
12.
To assist, support, manage and facilitate the promotion of culture and art in the society.
13.
To identify and make aware the needs of those around Srilanka to external charity organisations.
14.
To assist with the livelihood of those in need.
